- Course of kasaneni vegetables -

Steamed, roasted, stewed, fried vegetables, local Azumino and Shinshu vintages. Next, we use a cooking method called "Layered Simmering" to turn the original dish into a more personal one. We are happy to provide it. We put our heart into making sure you can enjoy the seasons with your five senses.
While chatting with the vegetables I encountered.
We cook in the Toneri Mina style to let your imagination run wild and let the ingredients have a wonderful atmosphere.

Evening set + Mina style hot dishes (varies according to the season!) / Breakfast (Nonoan sandwich, layered smoothie, Shinshu yogurt, Mina style musuri)This is a private family run hostel with a hot spring in Hotakaariake. (A group of 4 to 5 people) For those who wish, a simmered layered cooking class and a walk in Azumino season where you can spend your time as if you were living in. We also show you the fun course.

Only for extended stays, we also offer information for overnight stays only. Please contact us for prices.

Reservation of Restaurant Nonoan


Although it is very selfish, we are limited to three group per day in order to prepare the restaurant while considering the people who have booked our way.
If you come to our restaurant by yourself, we would accept only when there are other poeple.
If you have any allegies or wishes, please do not hesitate to contact us when booking.

For people who cook, having the person who is going to eat what you are preparing in mind is priceless, and I think that is the greatest happiness.

Reservations can be made by phone. We would be grateful if you could make the reservation at least 3 days in advance.
